I don't know why I had never heard of Ammo Armor before? What a great product! I stumbled upon an ad for them while searching for a pocket carry, magazine holder. I bought a pair (sold separately) for three of my carry guns. I'm very happy with the fit, finish, quality and price of this product.

Amazing Product
I saw this on Ruger's official website while waiting for my LCP II to ship to my FFL - they were out of stock on that site but a quick Google search led me to this homepage where I quickly found and ordered one for my spare mag - these things are GENIUS. Exactly as marketed, and insanely useful to keep your spare clean and ergonomically grippable in case you should ever unfortunately need to grab it in a pinch. Will definitely be ordering more for my compact & full-size pistols!

Fits the LCP II .22, does it's job
I bought a Ruger LCP II in .22 and needed a way to keep my spare magazine clean while it's in my pocket. These do the job well, my only concern being that it takes two hands to remove the Ammo Armor. This might be tricky under pressure. A more complex and expensive solution would be some sort of button operated release for the Ammo Armor but this introduces it's own problems. All this being said for the price they're a great product.

i recently purchased 4 covers for my 9mm ruger lc9s pro magazines and i liked them so well i bought 2 for my ruger lcp II . these magazine covers are the real deal and fit well without being hard to slip off. you no longer have to worry about link or trash fowling your magazine springs if you pocket carry your spare magazines.

Just bought 2 of these for a Ruger LCP II. I also have 2 others for another pistol I have carried in my pocket. Great for keeping lint out of the magazine & most importantly protecting the magazine lips from damage.
My Ruger LCP II is the 2nd pistol I've ordered these for and the armor is one of the most useful & innovative firearms accessories I've ever seen - and I retired from 33 years in law enforcement.
