Wherever you carry your spare magazines, you can be certain that dirt and dust will always get inside of them. Proper care of our firearms usually means regular cleaning and lubrication, but how often do we disassemble our magazines and clean the dirt and gunk out of them?
What's worse, even a drop from a short height can bend or dent a magazine. What may not seem important upon first glance can actually interfere with the ammunition inside of the magazine. Imagine squeezing the trigger in a high stress situation only to find that the next round your life was counting on is stuck inside the magazine.
Shield yourself from the dangers of damaged ammo and jammed magazines with Ammo Armor. It'll be the best $10 you ever spent, and the cheapest insurance you'll ever see on sale.

Ammo Armor
This idea of this product seems to be it's better to use some kind of protection than just throw it unprotected in a glovebox. Which I agree. Not only can gunk getting caught in magazine, it can affect reliability and also cause bullet misalignment causing further problems. After stumbling on this product, I was amazed on the simplicity and that nobody thought of this sooner. It has a gripping surface for a sure grip and easy removal. A bullet channel along its length to prevent binding. Retention was good with just enough give. However, I was hoping the sleeve would be long enough to reach the mag base plate but ran a few inches short. Once fully inserted, there was a side to side movement of 2mm. I think in trying to make this product fit as many magazines brands as possible to save on production costs maybe part of the reason. If it were custom fit for every brand of magazine would likely raise the price point past the projected $10. The email response to support was good in answering question regarding belt clip for my brand of magazine. I think it's a unique product with a good price, that provides adequate protection for your spare mags for a quick storage in a bag or glovebox, good job!
